4、eriorshort-segmentalpedicleinstrumentationcombinedwithtranspedicularautogenousbonegraftinginXiangtanFirstPeople’sHospitalfromAugust2002toJuly2006.①TheimplantmaterialsincludedRF-Ⅲspinalinternalfixationdevice,TENORinternalfixationsystemandAFspinalfixationsystem.②Thesurgerywasperformedby
5、chiefphysicianorassociatechiefphysicianengaginginspinalsurgery.③Thepatientswerefollowupfor14.8monthsaveragely.Therewasnoimplantbreakageorscrewloosening,orobvioussignificantlossofcorrection.Noinflammationorrejectionwasfound.④Allpatientshealedsolidly.Theheightoftheinjuredvertebralbodywa
6、ssignificantrecovered.⑤Thenervefunctionofpatientsshowedimprovement.⑥Theresultsofthestudysuggestthatshort-segmentalpedicleinstrumentationcombinedwithtranspedicularautogenousbonegraftinginthetreatmentofthoracolumbarblowoutfracturecanreconstructtheheightofinjuredvertebralbodyandstability
