1、摘要　　　近些年，公司治理理论在商业营运中得到了充分的关注，而作为其基础的股权结构也越来越受到人们的重视。随着国有银行股份制在经营市场化和竞争全球化浪潮中的改革中不断深化，各商业银行纷纷完成转型，实现上市。同时股权分置改革的完成，使我国商业银行自身的发展进入一个加速时期。面对不断变化的市场，我国的商业银行要怎么选择改革路线，怎样优化自己的股权结构获得合理的治理结构呢？找到这些问题的答案，对于我们上市和即将上市的银行都有着重要的理论和现实意义。　　　论文包括了四个部分：首先在导论部分，阐述了相关选题的背景与意义

2、，由此着手对国内外文献做出综述并做简要评价，归纳总结目前学术界的流行做法。同时简要概述了本文的研究方法和研究内容，为后文的实证部分铺垫理论基础。其次，简要概述了目前我国商业银行的股权结构现状，发现问题。接下来，介绍相关的理论基础，以及相关概念及其对于银行绩效的影响，为后文打下理论基础。实证部分，由上文的逻辑关系出发，先进行现状描述，搜集最新数据，对我国上市银行近五年股权结构的现状进行了描述；对相关数据进行线性回归分析，得出初步结论，并根据我国实际情况对实证结果进行解释。最后一部分着重在解决问题方面，根据结论提
