4、usefulforreducingtheoutdoorairconditioningloadforacleanroom.Inthepresentwork,anenergy-efficientoutdoorairconditioningsystemwasproposedtoreducetheoutdoorairconditioningloadbyutilizinganairwashertorecoverheatfromtheexhaustair.Theproposedoutdoorairconditioningsystemconsistedmainlyofa
5、pre-heater,anairwasher,twostagecoolingcoils,areheatingcoil,ahumidifierandtwoheatrecoverycoolingcoilsinsertedintotheairwasherandconnectedtoawetscrubber.Itwasshownfromthelab-scaleexperimentwithoutdoorairflowof1,000m3/hthattheproposedsystemwasmoreenergy-efficientforthesummerandwinter
