4、ervationpointofview,heatrecoveryfromtheexhaustairisthereforeusefulforreducingtheoutdoorairconditioningloadforacleanroom.Inthepresentwork,anenergy-efficientoutdoorairconditioningsystemwasproposedtoreducetheoutdoorairconditioningloadbyutilizinganairwashertorecove
5、rheatfromtheexhaustair.Theproposedoutdoorairconditioningsystemconsistedmainlyofapre-heater,anairwasher,twostagecoolingcoils,areheatingcoil,ahumidifierandtwoheatrecoverycoolingcoilsinsertedintotheairwasherandconnectedtoawetscrubber.Itwasshownfromthelab-scaleexpe
