6、emcelltreatmentinsitugroup(n=6),whichunderwentrecombinedgranulocytecolony-stimulatingfactortreatment(G-CSFgroup),150μg,onceperday,with7-10daysasonetreatmentcourse,combinedwithSalviamiltiorrhizaintravenousinjection(20mL/d)for10days;autologousbonemesenchymalstemc
7、elltreatmentgroup(MSCs,n=4),inwhichbonemarrow(230-330mL)washarvestedfromthepatients’iliaandthenthemononuclearcellswereisolatedbydensitygradientcentrifugation,andthemononuclearcellswereinjectedintravenouslyorintosubarachnoidspacebylumberpunctureonceorseveraltime
8、s.Inaddition,theG-CSFwassubcutaneouslyinjectedonthesameday(stemcelltreatmentinsitu).Beforeandafterstemcelltreatment,mini-mentalstateexamination(MMSE),AbilityofDailyLiving(AD
