1、活性调节细胞骨架蛋白mRNA在大鼠岛叶电点燃模型海马中的表达张培松王峰刘庆祝徐文中齐江华刘铮孙涛【摘要】目的探讨电点燃和单一电刺激大鼠岛叶模型ArcmRNA在海马中的表达及意义。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为点燃组、单一电刺激组、假手术组和正常对照组,每组按时间点分两个亚组。点燃组:建立电刺激岛叶慢性癫痫模型,按时间点实验后断头取脑,应用RT-PCR进行海马ArcmRNA的检测;应用原位杂交进行齿状回ArcmRNA的检测;单一电刺激组:只刺激两次,余同点燃组;假手术组只是不行点燃刺激,余同点燃组;正常对
2、照组不给予手术干预。结果单一电刺激组、假手术组和空白对照组在3h时ArcmRNA表达分别为0.72±0.14,0.75±0.16,0.71±0.14,显著低于点燃组海马组织中ArcmRNA的表达1.78±0.43(P<0.01),6h时4组间ArcmRNA表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);原位杂交细胞计数显示:点燃后3hArcmRNA的表达为112.8个±6.0个,显著高于单一电刺激组、假手术组和空白对照组ArcmRNA的表达,分别为46.25个±4.35个,45.25个±6.23个,44.7
