2、,建立致痫模型,观察大鼠行为学,监测大鼠脑电情况;Nissl染色观察海马区神经元变化情况,用放射免疫法(RIA)和免疫荧光法分别检测血清和下丘脑中Ghrelin的表达水平。结果点燃后各亚组血清Ghrelin表达水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);下丘脑Ghrelin表达也明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各时间亚组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电刺激岛叶可建立稳定的点燃模型,癫痫发作后Ghrelin水平明显降低,血清Ghrelin水平可以反映下丘脑中相应神经肽的变化趋势。[关键词]Ghre
