6、算及说明主要结果1设计题目题目:带式输送机传动装置的设计与计算工作环境:狭小、多灰、潮湿,空气流通条件差。载荷有轻微冲击,连续单向运转,工作寿命5年,每年300个工作日,每日工作8小时。允许运输带速度误差小于。可使用三相交流电。设计工作量:1.减速器装配图1张;2.零件工作图2张;3.设计说明书1份。2设计原始数据运输带工作拉力F5250N运输带工作速度v0.55m/s卷简直径300mm使用年限5年3传动系统的总体设计3.1传动方案的确定电动机通过联轴器输入到二级圆柱斜齿轮减速器,高速级和低速级均采用圆柱斜齿轮,然后低速级通过链传动输入到卷筒上,如图1所示。选
