1、摘要数控切削加工作为制造技术的主要基础工艺,随着制造技术的发展,近年来也取得了很大的进步,进入了以发展高速切削、开发新的切削工艺和加工方法、提供成套技术为特征的发展新阶段。本次毕业设计课题是基于ProE和ADAMS的木地板连结榫舌和榫槽切削机的设计,主要设计出合理的执行机构,先木地板固定后,用铣刀铣木地板的端面,然后通过推杆的推动,将木地板推送到榫舌或者榫槽的成型刀,对木地板进行加工;再设计出合适的减速系统,将电动机的转速减速到执行机构主动件所需的转速。本设计先通过对整个系统的分析,传动的过程分析,再逐一的设计。根据任务给定的数据确定出电动机的型号,在根据电动机和系统所需的速
2、度确定出减速器。本设计主要就是针对减速器的设计。本设计的减速器分为四个部分,轴、齿轮、箱体和附件。根据减速器上分配的传动比先设计高速轴上的齿轮,再设计低速轴上的齿轮,根据齿轮再设计轴,最后进行箱体的设计,根据轴和箱体确定附件的尺寸。整个过程需要用到机械设计、机械原理、材料力学等知识。关键词:切削机;减速系统;三维实体绘图IIBasedonProEandADAMSlinkwoodtenonandmortisecuttingmachinedesignAbstractManufacturingtechnologyofthemainbasisfornumericalcontrolma
