1、华北电力大学本科毕业设计(论文)基于ProE和ADAMS的木地板连结榫舌和榫槽切削机的设计摘要数控切削加工作为制造技术的主要基础工艺,随着制造技术的发展,近年来也取得了很大的进步,进入了以发展高速切削、开发新的切削工艺和加工方法、提供成套技术为特征的发展新阶段。本次毕业设计课题是基于ProE和ADAMS的木地板连结榫舌和榫槽切削机的设计,主要设计出合理的执行机构,先木地板固定后,用铣刀铣木地板的端面,然后通过推杆的推动,将木地板推送到榫舌或者榫槽的成型刀,对木地板进行加工;再设计出合适的减速系统,将电
2、动机的转速减速到执行机构主动件所需的转速。本设计先通过对整个系统的分析,传动的过程分析,再逐一的设计。根据任务给定的数据确定出电动机的型号,在根据电动机和系统所需的速度确定出减速器。本设计主要就是针对减速器的设计。本设计的减速器分为四个部分,轴、齿轮、箱体和附件。根据减速器上分配的传动比先设计高速轴上的齿轮,再设计低速轴上的齿轮,根据齿轮再设计轴,最后进行箱体的设计,根据轴和箱体确定附件的尺寸。整个过程需要用到机械设计、机械原理、材料力学等知识。关键词:切削机;减速系统;三维实体绘图II华北电力大学本
