1、我国高校毕业生薪资水平呈下降趋势的经济学分析摘要本文运用现代经济学基本研究方法，对我国高校毕业生的平均薪资水平呈下降趋势这一现象进行了解释性研究，研究结果表明：不能将产生这一现象的原因简单地归结于高校毕业生数量的增多，而是由于多方面因素共同作用的结果。高校扩招，一方面，使得毕业生数量在短期内激增加剧了劳动力市场供求矛盾，薪资水平下降是对这一矛盾的反应，而在长期内引起企业资本投入比例的变化，这必然引起工资率的下降。另一方面，由于国家教育投入没有与高校扩招同步增长，使得教育资源短缺从而造成高等教育质量的下降和毕业生专业技能等综合素质的降低，进而导致了高校毕业生生产效率下降，薪资水平下降是其表现；
