1、h产生物碱暗紫贝母内生真菌A1次生代谢产物的研究#陈鹊,潘峰,吴卫**510152025303540(四川农业大学农学院,四川成都,611130)摘要:为研究产生物碱暗紫贝母内生真菌的次生代谢产物,本文以一株从暗紫贝母中分离得到的产生物碱内生真菌A1(三线镰刀菌)为材料,应用柱色谱技术,对其次生代谢产物进行了分离纯化,并以5种病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,白色念珠菌,铜绿假单胞菌,粪肠球菌)为指示菌,采用琼脂孔法对其纯化化合物的抑菌活性进行了研究。本试验共分离得到5种化合物,通过1H-NMR和13C-NMR谱数据及MS特征峰,鉴定出其中三种化合物,均为甾醇类化合物。抑菌活性结果显示,
2、该5种化合物对5株指示菌均无抑制作用。本文是首次报道从三线镰刀菌中获得甾醇类化合物,甾醇类化合物具有广泛的生理活性,尽管本试验所得5种化合物并未显示出抑菌活性,但其它活性有待进一步探究。关键词:真菌学;内生真菌;暗紫贝母;次生代谢;甾醇类化合物;抑菌活性Studyonthemetabolitesproducedbyanalkaloid-producingendophyticfungusstrainA1fromFritillariaunibracteataCHENQue,PANFeng,WUWei(AgronomyCollege,SichuanAgriculturalUniversity,Si

4、ctum)fromF.unibracteata,Andantimicrobialactivitiesofthesecompoundsonbacteria(Staphyloccocusaureus,Escherichiacoli,Candidaalbicans,Pseudomonasaeruginosa,Enterococcusfaecalis)havebeentestedinagar-welldiffusionmethods.Fivecompoundshadbeenisolatedandpurified,andthreeofthemwererespectivelyconfirmedas5α,
5、8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol,24(R)-methylcholesta-5-en-3β-ol(campesterol),24(R)-methylcholesta-5,22-en-3β-ol(brassicasterol)accordingtomassspectrometer(MS)andnuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)spectroscopy.Butthestructuresoftherestwerestillundeterminedduetoinsufficientreferenceinformatio
6、n.Inaddition,theresultsofantimicrobialactivitiesofthesecompoundsrevealedtheydidnotplayapositiveroleininhibitingthegrowthoffivestrainbacteria.ItisfirstlyreportedthatthesterolswereisolatedfromthemetabolitesofF.tricinctum.Besides,itisworthinvestigatingfurtherthesesterolsduetoextensivephysiologicalacti
