2、tcanopenaEnglishcourseatseniorclasses.Form1978theFull-timeyearsofprimaryandsecondaryEnglishsyllabussystempublished,EnglishteachinginChinahavenodevelopindecade.From1922thepublishofnine-yearcompulsoryeducationcurriculumprogramprimaryschoolstarttosattheEnglishcourse.Englisheducatio

3、natprimaryschooldevelopfastinresentyears,alotEnglishcourseseoutofschoolsatouttohelpstudentstogetahighmark.PrimaryschoolEnglishteachinginChinastillhavealotproblems,thelimitofteacher,teachingmaterial,contentofcourses,instructionalmodeandsoon.AlthoughthedevelopmentofEnglisheducatio

4、ninChinaforhalfacentury,butEnglishteachinginprimaryschoolsnationwidebeganintheautumnof2001.SetEnglishcourseinprimaryschoolsisthemaincontentincurriculumreformofbasiceducationinourcountry.Englishclassesusuallyopeninthethirdgradeandabove,Coastalanddevelopedareasstartfromelementaryg

5、rade.TopopularizeEnglishteaching,China'scurrentsituationofprimaryschoolEnglishteachersisn’tqualified.Most9--primaryschoolteachersarefromsecondaryteachersschool,andthesecondaryteachersschoolhavenoEnglishmajor.SoAtpresentthemajorityofprimaryschoolEnglishteacherswithoutprofessional

6、training.Insurvey，oneeconomicallydevelopedtownhave13primaryschooland38teachers.Amongthetheachersonly3areUniversitygraduates,only11%receivedprimaryschooleducationtraining.ThoseteachersonlylearnedjuniororseniorEnglish,afterashortEnglishteachingtraining,theybecomeanEnglishteacherin

7、shool.MostprimaryschoolEnglishteachershavetoomuchworkload,theyteachmorethan100studentsandhave16-18classesperday.ThequalityofEnglishclassessurelycanbesatisfiedstudents.Operatingexpenseslimitcousetheteacherswagesarenotfulluptoexpectionsofgraduateduniversitystudentsandtheregulartea
