1、GIS和GPS在城市消防通信指挥系统中的应用摘要GIS/GPS分别为地理信息系统和全球卫星定位系统的简称。随着这两种技术地不断发展，将GIS/GPS技术作为一种辅助决策的手段和工具已经在各领域得到了广泛应用，而其在消防通信指挥系统中的应用主要体现在接处警定位，信息查询，车辆动态管理等方面。基于GIS/GPS的城市消防通信指挥系统可以在火灾发生时，实时地获取详细的火警信息、消防实力的统计信息和消防救援车辆的位置及状态信息等，从而将整个消防救援行动更形象、直观地展现在指挥人员面前，使其真正做到运筹帷幄，全面提高抢险救援的

2、指挥效率，达到辅助消防灭火救援指挥的目的。本文从城市消防通信指挥系统的结构和功能出发，结合GIS/GPS的相关功能应用，介绍了GIS/GPS在城市消防通信指挥系统中所发挥的功能和重要作用。同时分析总结出系统建设和应用中存在着系统建设维护使用费用较高、与GIS/GPS相结合的无线通信传输速度受环境影响较大、GIS数据库中数据质量不高、更新滞后或更新较少、专业人员缺乏等影响系统效能发挥的瓶颈问题。针对存在的问题，结合GIS/GPS在城市消防通信指挥系统中的建设实际和个人所学知识，提出了个人关于解决这些问题的几点对策。最后
