1、超声引导下细针穿刺在诊断乳腺病变中的应用论文刘庆红陈靖刘毅许觅【摘要】目的：探讨超声引导下细针穿刺在诊断乳腺病变中的价值。方法：对137例超声波检查为边缘不规则或内部不均匀的低回声团块进行细针穿刺活检，对病理结果进行对比分析。结果：60例的诊断为良性，70例为不典型不确定，1例为可疑为恶性(随访证实其为恶性)，及6例为恶性(外科手术证实其中1例为非恶性)，其阳性、假阳性，假阴性和真阴性的病例数分别为5、1、1和125。统计结果为敏感性83.3%(5/6)，特异性99.2%(125/126).freelerH.Fineneedleaspirationinthemanagementofbrea
