1、康复新液联合雷贝拉哇治疗老年消化性溃疡的疗效分析（攀枝花市中心医院消化内科四川攀枝花617067）【摘要】目的：探究消化性溃疡老年患者给予康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗观察临床疗效。方法：临床选用2014.3-2015.3以来收治98例消化性溃疡老年患者,随机分为两组，每组均49例，对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑治疗，治疗组患者给予康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗，观察两组患者总有效率、临床症状（上腹疼痛、反酸、嗳气）消退时间。结果：治疗组总有效率95.9%,优于对照组77.6%，差异有意义，P<0.05。两组患者临床症状（上腹疼痛、反酸、嗳气）消退时间对比
