1、微创PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的早期疗效分析樊亚军(通讯作者)董琦徐冬健王永利郭政杨泗华(江苏省赣榆县人民医院骨科江苏赣榆222100)【摘要】目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)微创内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用闭合微创PFNA内固定治疗36例股骨粗隆间骨折，所有患者均经5cm以内小切口将PFNA植入。结果木组患者均顺利完成手术，平均手术时间(57.22±17.82)min，平均出血量(200.55±66.60)ml;随访10月〜24个月，所有患者均获
