1、摘要我国工程建设项目众多、投资巨大，在国家的各个地区都存在有许多大量的、大规模的建设项目，虽然如此，但工程施工项目的成本控制研究和应用相对滞后，对于工程建设的相关控制方面没有做的很好。成本是商品经济的产物，在市场经济下得到了更充分的发展，在自由市场经济下，建筑施工企业最终的目标是为了赚取最大的利润。企业的利润=建筑产品的价格-建筑产品的成本，而建筑产品的价格是在企业招标的过程中基本确定的，为了在市场竞争中求得生存、发展和获取最多的利润，企业不得不通过强化管理，以提高竞争力，成本管理就是其中一个手段。通过成本管理
2、，降低建筑产品成本，不仅可以在建筑产品价格己定的情况下增加企业利润，而且通过成本管理，可以在招标的过程中提出有竞争力的建筑产品报价，增加企业市场竞争力，获取更多的建筑施工订单。随着改革的不断深化，建筑企业的生产和管理发生了深刻的变化，项目成本控制是决定建筑施工企业市场竞争力的关键.本文以兴安雅苑项目为例，首先对工程项目成本和成本管控的定义进行了研究，接着分析了目前企业在建工程项目成本管理中存在的问题以及原因，进而对于企业如何加强和改进工程项目成本控制的措施进行探讨。关键词施工项目成本成本控制成本管理Abstra
