1、己婚未育妇女子宫肌瘤180例临床分析黄伟娥(广东省台山市妇幼保健院529200)【摘要】目的：针对己婚未育妇女子宫肌瘤患者进行临床分析，总结临床处理的最佳方式。方法：对2008年3月至2013年9只期间门诊及产科住院的180例患者子宫肌瘤的妇女进行回顾性分析。其中孕前未行肌瘤剔除术为观察组，行子宫肌瘤剔除术的为对照组I。另外妊娠90例未患子宫肌瘤已婚妇女对照组II。追踪其妊娠结局及分娩期情况，比较三组妊娠并发症与分娩结局。结果：观察组先兆流产、胎膜早破的发生率分别为15.6%、13.3%,均明显高于对照组I的4.4%、3.3%,对照
2、组II3.3%、2.2%；观察组剖宫产率为80%,对照组I为76.7%,对照组II为36.7%,观察组与对照组II比较及平均术中失血量、平均手术时间观察组与二对照组比较，差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论：已婚未育妇女在孕前发现子宫肌瘤严重时可导致一定的不良影响，若在发现子宫肌瘤时及时采取剔除术可大大减少不良影响。【关键词】子宫肌瘤妊娠子宫肌瘤剔除术剖宫产【中图分类号】R737.33【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2014)13-0070-02Marriedchildlesswomenuterusmyoma,180c
