1、分析中医内科疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效(四川省巴中市恩阳IX人民医院636064)【摘要】目的：对中医内科疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效的分析。方法：将在2010年6月到2014年6月入住木院的40例的类风湿性关节炎患者随机分成两组，20例治疗组(中医内科疗法)和20例对照组(丙药常规治疗)。观察2组患者治疗前后的临床症状、体征、生活质量积分以及实验室的指标的相关变化结果：对2组患者的疗效进行对比分可知，治疗组的患者的有效率相比对照组的患者较优(P<0.05)。2组的治疗方法均都能够改善患者的实验
2、室指标、牛.活质量、临床症状、体征(P<0.05或者P<0.01);但是治疗组的患者在降低生活质量、SAS、SDS、DAS-28积分、健康认识、生理功能，改善关节的肿胀、关节的压痛、15m的步行时间、食后的腹胀以及少气懒言等临床上的各种症状以及体征，降低UA、a-AGP、hs-CRP,升高CD4+CD25+Treg、CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg方面优相比对照组而言较优(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论：中医内科疗法能够改善临床症状、体征及实验室指标，提高RA患者生活质量，疗
