1、新型“L”型胸引管在外伤性胸腔积液中的应用研宄(遂宁市射洪县中医院四川遂宁629200)【摘要】目的:比较评价新型“L”型胸引管在外伤性胸腔积液的应用与传统胸腔闭式引流管行胸腔闭式引流术。方法:将77名外伤性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,分别用“L”型胸引管与统胸腔闭式引流管行胸腔闭式引流术,分别比较。两组患者肺复张时间、胸腔积液无残留时间比较及术后胸部疼痛指数。结果:两组患者一般治疗差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组在肺复张时间、胸腔积液无残留时间较对照组明显短,术后疼痛指数在肺复张时间、胸腔积液无残留时间较对照组明显短,术
