1、中小企业融资渠道的研究【摘要】随着经济全球化进程的加速，以及市场竞争的日趋激烈，中小企业问题已经成为世界性的长久课题。改革开放20多年来，随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入，我国中小企业得到了前所未有的发展，在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，已成为国民经济的重要支撑力量之一。中小企业的活力不仅关系到整个经济竞争的活力，而且也关系到整个社会的繁荣和稳定。然而，长期以来，中小企业在获得发展所需资金的来源上却很难与其在国民经济中所处的重要地位相匹配。由于中小企业自身存在的问题和金融系统、社会环境的影响，
