6、负担较轻、有财政和经常账户盈余以及大量外汇储备的中国将具有较大的回旋空间。长期上，人民币相对于英镑和美元仍将保持升值的趋势。但是中期内，可能金融危机对新兴经济体的影响会继续增加，人民币有可能结束单边升值，进入双边波动阶段。自美国爆发次贷危机以来，世界经济形势变得日趋复杂而严峻。尤其虚拟经济上的溃败使得人们的悲观预期进一步恶化。英美等发达经济体受到了严重的经济衰退的威胁，中国虽然没有直接参与这场次贷危机，也受到了深刻的影响。然而总体上，中国的经济状况相比于其他经济体仍相当稳健，有更多应对的空间。因此长期上人民币对
