7、···································54基于重组人生长激素治疗效果下生长激素缺乏症儿童血清Ghrelin,Nesfatin-1水平变化研究摘要目的:生长激素缺乏症(GHD)是导致儿童矮身材的主要病因之一,是一种由GH分子结构、受体异常或生长激素(GH)分泌或合成部分或完全缺乏等导致的生长发育障碍性疾病。Ghrelin是一种生长激素促分泌素受体(GHS-R)的内源性配体,具有促进生长激素释放的作用。Nesfatin-1是近年来发现的一种新型饱食基因。Ghrelin和Nesfatin-1均参

8、与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴、能量代谢、摄食及胰岛素分泌的调节,推测两者与GHD密切相关。然而,目前关于重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗GHD后对Ghrelin及Nesfatin-1的影响还未见报道。本研究观察rhGH治疗前后GHD儿童血清Ghrelin及Nesfatin-1水平的变化及两者之间的相关性,为临床上针对rhGH
