3、impactboththemolddesignandtheinjectionmoldingprocess.Inaddition,numericalsimulationtechniqueshavenowbecomehelpfultoolsofmolddesignersandprocessengineersfortraditionalinjectionmolding.Butallcurrentsimulationpackagesforconventionalinjectionmoldingarenolongerapplicabletothisn
4、ewtypeofinjectionmolds,mainlybecausethepropertyofthemoldmaterialchangesgreatly.Inthispaper,anintegratedapproachtoaccomplishanumericalsimulationofinjectionmoldingintorapid-prototypedmoldsisestablishedandacorrespondingsimulationsystemisdeveloped.Comparisonswithexperimentalresu
