3、gprocess.Inaddition,numericalsimulationtechniqueshavenowbecomehelpfultoolsofmolddesignersandprocessengineersfortraditionalinjectionmolding.Butallcurrentsimulationpackagesforconventionalinjectionmoldingarenolongerapplicabletothisnewtypeofinjectionmolds,mainlybecausethepropertyofthemoldmaterialchang

4、esgreatly.Inthispaper,anintegratedapproachtoaccomplishanumericalsimulationofinjectionmoldingintorapid-prototypedmoldsisestablishedandacorrespondingsimulationsystemisdeveloped.Comparisonswithexperimentalresultsareemployedforverification,whichshowthatthepresentschemeiswellsuitedtohandleRPfabricatedst
