3、turingprocessimpactboththemolddesignandtheinjectionmoldingprocess.Inaddition,numericalsimulationtechniqueshavenowbecomehelpfultoolsofmolddesignersandprocessengineersfortraditionalinjectionmolding.Butallcurrentsimulationpackagesforconventionalinjectionmoldingarenolongerapplic

4、abletothisnewtypeofinjectionmolds,mainlybecausethepropertyofthemoldmaterialchangesgreatly.Inthispaper,anintegratedapproachtoaccomplishanumericalsimulationofinjectionmoldingintorapid-prototypedmoldsisestablishedandacorrespondingsimulationsystemisdeveloped.Comparisonswithexperim
