1、多工位级进模具毕业设计说明书摘要本文主要分析了汽车内饰件的成形工艺,介绍了弯曲,冲孔,落料级进模的排样设计和模具结构设计。经工艺分析,工艺计算,确定了该设计工艺流程及冲模结构形式。模具可实现自动送料,卸料,出料,工艺性能好,冲件质量高。模具用UG,CATIA,CAD绘制出装配图和零件图。设计过程中首先要对零件进行工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,确定合适的工艺方案,完成料带的排样设计;接着对冲裁力,拉深力和弯曲力进行计算,确定零件生产过程中的总冲压力,完成压力机的选择;最后对模具各零部件进行详细设计,完成模具的装配和检验。关键词:内饰件;弯曲;冲裁;级进模Abstr
