1、摘要本文主要分析了汽车内饰件的成形工艺,介绍了弯曲,冲孔,落料级进模的排样设计和模具结构设计。经工艺分析,工艺计算,确定了该设计工艺流程及冲模结构形式。模具可实现自动送料,卸料,出料,工艺性能好,冲件质量高。模具用UG,CATIA,CAD绘制出装配图和零件图。设计过程中首先要对零件进行工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,确定合适的工艺方案,完成料带的排样设计;接着对冲裁力,拉深力和弯曲力进行计算,确定零件生产过程中的总冲压力,完成压力机的选择;最后对模具各零部件进行详细设计,完成模具的装配和检验。关键词:内饰件;弯曲;冲裁;级进模47AbstractThisarticlehasmainly
