1、早期流产患者肿瘤坏了•因了-a的表达及意义【摘要】目的探讨早期流产患者肿瘤坏子因子(TNF-u)的表达以及临床意义。方法选择2012年1月-2014年1月就诊于我院妇科的早期先兆流产30例(先兆流产组)、早期难免流产30例(难免流产组)以及耍求人工流产的正常妊娠女性31例GI•:常妊娠组)。三组均疢用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清屮TNF-«的表达并进行比较；同时对难免流产组及正常妊娠组应川免疫组织化学法检测蜕膜及绒毛组织屮TNF-a的表达并进行比较。结果早期流产两组的血清TNF-a水平明显髙于正常妊娠组,分别为(37.52±13.28)u

2、g/1、(11.31±3.92)ug/1,差异具有统计学意义(PC0.05);难免流产组血清TNF-a水平高于先兆流产组,分别为(46.72±19.01)ug/1、(28.63±14.47)ug/1,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；难免流产组TNF-a的免疫染色强度明显窈于正常妊娠组，差异杏显著性(P<0.01)。结论外周血及绒毛组织中高表达的TNF-ci可能与早期流产相关。【关键词】早期流产；肿瘤坏死因子-aExpressionofTNF-ainWomenwithEarlySpontaneousAbortionanditsClinicalS
