1、河南农业人学硕十学位论文}葡要我国经济社会发展和现代化建设过程中，农业、农村、农民问题始终是重点和难点问题。建设社会主义新农村，是新阶段要解决的重大历史课题，是当前深化农村改革的新举措，是贯彻落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会的必然要求，也是发展农村社会事业、推动农村社会进步的有效手段，更是我国现代化的必由之路。社会主义新农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。它能够为社会主义新农村建设提供高素质的建设主体、稳定的建设环境、文明的乡风氛闱和和谐的社会秩序。因此，加强新农村文化建设是建设社会主义新农村的重要战略举措。河南省地处中原，是中国第一农业大省，人口大省，如何在加快整体

2、发展的过程中保证农村文化的发展，是我省在新的历史条件下面临的重要课题。对目前河南省农村文化建设问题的研究有利于我们认清形势，明确发展方向，找准发展定位，明确发展重点，从而为加快河南建设和谐社会的步伐，实现社会全面、协调和可持续发展作出自己的贡献。本文从共分三部分展开论述。第一部分农村文化建设的概述。首先介绍了中西方学者对于文化的不同理解，其次介绍农村文化的定义，然后论述党和政府对农村文化建设的指导以及农村文化建设的政策背景，最后阐释-j-／j口强社会主义新农村文化建设的重要战略意义。第二部分河南农村文化建设现状及存在的主要问题。通过对河南农村文化建设现状的实地调查和掌握的翔实数据
