1、农村文化建设中存在的问题及对策研究以邹平县明集镇为例安商要：全力构建社会主义新农村，是我党对于农村问题深入改革的重大举措，是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、全而建设小康社会的重要内容，是发展农村各项事业、促进农村全面发展的必然要求。农村经济不断发展，物质生活水平不断提高，但是，仍存在一些不和谐因素使精神文明建设成为整个小康社会建设的短板。因此，加强农村文化建设，丰富诏民精神文化迫在眉睫。通过对邹平县明集镇农村文化建设的实证研究，对其在文化建设上取得的成就进行了总结，也对明集镇农村文化建设存在的问题和原W进行了分析，在此基础上
