3、脉高压症脾功能亢进外科治疗的研究进展摘要探讨门静脉高压症脾功能亢进的外科治疗的研究进展。收集国内外有关门静脉高压症脾功能亢进外科治疗的文献并作综述。治疗门静脉高压症脾功能亢进的外科方法有很多，其中包括腹腔镜贲门周围血管离断+脾切除术、腹腔镜脾切除术、脾大部切除术、腹腔镜脾动脉结扎术、脾脏射频消融术、部分脾动脉栓塞术、分流术等，不同的治疗方法各有其优缺点。关于门脉高压症脾功能亢进外科治疗上的“切脾”与“保脾”一直是学术界争议的热点。对于应用哪种术式治疗门静脉高压症脾功能亢进最适合尚无统一定论。关键词：门静脉高压症，脾功能亢进
