5、nemarrowhematopoieticcells(BMHCs).Theresultsshowedthattreatmentwith50␮g/mLHE-PSchangedthemorphologyoftheDCstoanactiveforminparallelwithasignificanttwofoldincreaseinMHCclassIIandCD80/86surfaceantigenscomparedtothecon-trol.Furthermore,endocytosisbytheDCswassignificantlyreducedatthes

6、amedosage.IL-12,IFN-␥andIL-10cytokinesecretionwassignificantlyincreasedby2.7,1.5and1.6-fold,respectively,comparedtothecontrolaftertreatmentwith50␮g/mLofHE-PS.ThisstudyusedapoweredanalysisplatformtoshowthatHE-PSinducesDCsactivationandmodulatestheTH1immuneresponse.Thus,HE-PShaspote
