1、青海牧区学校体育现状及发展对策摘要:通过问卷调查、实地走访等方法对青海牧区6州33个县、市、行委的180所中学和1043所小学体育现状进行调查分析,指出青海牧区学校在体育教材方面没有充分利用当地的民族传统体育资源,体育经费、场地器材严重缺乏,体育师资队伍严重不足。建议:结合牧区教育实际,研究制定青海牧区地域特色体育教学大纲和教材内容,积极探索适合牧区的区域教育模式,实行弹性教学计划,加快落实牧区特聘教师岗位制度,加大双语型体育师资的引进和培养力度,整合州县各类教育、文化、体育设施资源,开发“以牧补校,以校补学”
