1、社区老年高血压患者血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块的相关性研宄哈尔滨市二四二医院150060【摘要】目的：探究老年高血压患者血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块的相关性,并研宄纯收缩期高血压、纯舒张期高血压、收缩期与舒张期双期高血压患者的高血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块形成的内在联系。方法：选取社区内老年高血压患者共90例，其屮纯收缩期高血压患者30例，纯舒张期高血压患者30例，收缩期与舒张期双气高血压患者30例，再选取血压正常的老年人30人作为对照组，对选取的老年人共120例进行血压与颈动脉内膜厚度的监测，采用24h的动态血

2、压监测，同时对颈动脉进行超声波检查，整理检测结果，得出高血压血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块形成之间的关系。结果：通过监测结果可以发现，老年高血压患者的血压变异性明显高于对照组，各时期高血压患者在昼夜循环屮血压变异性规律相同，而且患有高血压病的老年人的颈动脉硬化值明显高于对照组正常人。结论：老年高血压变异性与颈动脉硬化斑块的形成有联系，降低血管变异性能够有效的缓解颈动脉硬化的情况。【关键词】老年高血压；血压变异；颈动脉硬化Abstract：Objective：Toexplorethecorrelationbetw
