6、·······················33个人简历·····························································································34中文摘要应用彩色多普勒超声检测胸肩峰动脉胸肌支辅助设计胸大肌肌皮瓣摘要目的:探讨术前应用彩色多普勒超声检测胸肩峰动脉胸肌支辅助设计胸大肌肌皮瓣的临床意义。方法:术前应用彩色多普勒超声检测26例拟移植胸大肌肌皮瓣患者的胸肩峰动脉胸肌支(共52支)的起始点、入肌点的位置及血管内径、血管走行、血流动力学参数
7、,将胸肩峰血管束体表标志与术中探查血管解剖情况及超声检测结果进行对比分析。结果:1.左侧胸肩峰动脉胸肌支的血流动力学参数:起始点PSV(29.183.93)cm/s、起始点EDV(7.412.07)cm/s、入肌点PSV(20.302.72)cm/s、入肌点EDV(2.390.42)cm/s、RI(0.800.03),右侧胸肩峰动脉胸肌支血流动力学参数:起始点PSV(30.383.53)cm/s、起始点EDV(7.401.92)cm/s、入肌点PSV(19.602.94)cm/s、入肌点EDV(2.300.35)cm/s、RI
