1、民事送达制度的反思与重构中文摘要“程序是法律的心脏”，而送达是程序的骨骼。没有送达，程序不能立足；没有送达，程序无法运行。送达是程序与程序之间的桥梁，送达是程序法与实体法联系的纽带，送达是完成诉讼程序、实现实体法任务的渠道。随着经济的发展和科技的进步，民事送达制度设计的疏漏以及程序性工作操作方面存在的痼疾日浙凸显，制约并阻碍着人民法院的审判工作，民事诉讼中“送达难"成为困扰我国司法实务界的一大难题。然而送达制度作为诉讼制度中的一项重要制度，从宏观意义上，送达体现了正义和效率的价值，并由此为程序主体提供和在程序中充分对话的空间和机会，寻求了一种程序中双方公平对抗和论争的地位和结构平衡以及信息掌
