4、cterpylori，H.pylori）的感染率一直居高不下，全球一半的人群存在感染，目前MaastrichtⅤ共识及京都共识均要求对H.pylori感染患者行根除治疗，除非有抗衡因素的存在。推荐根除H.pylori的治疗方案中必须包含铋剂、质子泵抑制剂（protonpumpinhibitors，PPIs）和两种不同的抗菌药，且优先考虑耐药率低的抗生素，早晚各服用1次，总疗程是10-14天。但这种四联疗法需口服大剂量抗菌药物和PPIs，结果可致正常胃肠道菌群紊乱，破坏具有保护作用的天然生物屏障，扰

5、乱机体免疫系统等。本文就根除H.pylori治疗对胃肠道菌群短期和长期影响以及益生菌在根除H.pylori治疗中作用的研究进展进行综述。关键词:幽门螺杆菌，根除治疗，胃肠道菌群，抗生素,益生菌1英文摘要ResearchProgressontheInfluenceofHelicobacterPyloriEradicationonGastrointestinalMicrofloraABSTRACTTheinfectionrateofHelicobacterpylori(H.pylori)remains

7、shouldincludebismuth,protonpumpinhibitors(PPIs)andtwodifferentkindsofantibioticswithlowerdrugresistance.Thesedrugsshouldbetakentwicedailybothinthemorningandevening,andthetotalcourseoftreatmentshouldbe10to14days.However,thequadrupletherapyincludeshigh-
