3、·····································································22中文摘要终末期肝病继发感染的危险因素评估与早期诊断摘要终末期肝病(endstageliverdisease，ESLD)是由病毒、自身免疫、酒精、药物等引起的肝病晚期阶段。感染是ESLD常见的并发症，又是ESLD的重要诱因。感染是其进展为肝衰竭、并发肝病相关并发症以及死亡的重要原因之一。细菌感染是终末期肝病病程中免疫功能紊乱进展的结果。ESLD继发感染导致患者病情加重、病死率明显升高。本文从
