7、系统常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率一直居高不下,严重危害着人类健康。由于食管癌早期发病症状不明显,导致病人就医延迟,大多数病人术后5年内复发,生存率低。因此,研究食管癌的发病机制并控制其发生发展,是目前迫切需要解决的临床难题。临床上需要能准确预测和判断食管鳞状细胞癌(esophagealsquamouscellcarcinoma,ESCC)侵袭、转移的分子标志物,帮助指导手术方案的确定和术后治疗的选择,以提高食管癌患者的术后生存率及生存质量。钙黏附蛋白是一种单链跨膜糖蛋白,研究发现,Ⅱ型成骨细胞型钙黏附蛋白(Cadherin-11,CDH
8、11)在多种上皮细胞源性肿瘤中异常表达,但有关CDH11在食管鳞状细胞癌的研究尚未发现。心肌相关转录因子A(MRTF-A或MKL1)属于转录因子的MRTF家族,是转录调控激活辅助
