1、摘要近年来,随着经济和住宅建设发展,我国住宅小区功能日益配套完善,小区中作为人防工程及地下车库的单层地下室(全部或局部无上部建筑物)越来越多,这种地下室若抗浮设防水位选取不当或在施工中抗浮措施无周密考虑,往往会发生地下室局部上浮或整体倾斜上浮现象,进而造成梁、柱、板等结构构件开裂损坏,直接危害使用及结构安全。因此,如何预防上浮事故的发生,以及一旦发生该类事故的后处理问题显得尤为突出。本文结合具体的工程实例,描述了地下车库施工期间不均匀上浮的形态一一局部上浮或整体倾斜上浮,并提供了具体的临时应急措施与检测鉴定方法,为了解决单层地下室有可能发生上浮时在设计及施工中应注意的
2、基本问题。根据地下车库实际上浮情况,建立有限元模型,模拟了地下车库上浮的全受力过程,对构件的内力、变形能够清晰的了解,从而确定构件的受损原因,提出了合理的加固修补方案。针对结构自身抗浮不足提出了相应的抗浮加固措施,同时介绍了结构整体倾斜上浮后的纠偏处理方法,并应用到了实际工程,取得良好的效果。关键词:地下车库上浮有限元分析抗浮验算抗浮加固AbstractABSTRACTAccompaniedbythedevelopmentoffinanceandresidentialconstruction,thefunctionsofresidencecommunitiesareg
