1、醋酸钙及碳酸钙在维持性血液透析患者高磷血症治疗中的疗效观察卓利(资阳市安岳县人民医院肾内科资阳安岳642350)【摘要】A的：探讨醋酸钙和碳酸钙治疗维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的临床疗效。方法：选择60例维持性血液透析合并高磷血症患者，随机分为醋酸钙组及碳酸钙组，每组30例，分别给予醋酸钙及碳酸钙治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后血钙及血磷水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者4周及8周后，血磷水平均较治疗前卜降，醋酸钙组治疗第4周及第8周血磷水平低于碳酸钙组,两组患者治疗4周后血钙水平较治疗前无明显变化，治疗8周后血钙水平较治疗前
2、升高，碳酸钙组血钙水平高于醋酸钙组，两组患者治疗4周及8周后血淸甲状旁腺素水平无明显变化，两组间比较无显著差异。醋酸钙组高钙血症发生率为,碳酸钙组高钙血症发生率为，两组无显著差异。结论：醋酸钙治疗维持性血液透析患者高磷血症起效快，降磷效果好，对血钙水平影响小，具有较好的临床效果。【关键词】醋酸钙；碳酸钙；高磷血症；高钙血症【中图分类号】R45【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)17-0179-02Curativeeffectofcalciumacetateandcalciumcarbonateinmain
