1、OnHowtoTransformtheBackwardStudentsintotheFirst-rateStudentsinEnglishLearning摘要高中阶段的英语学习在整个学习过程中起着举足轻重的作用。并且因为各方面的原因,这一阶段的学习最易出现两极分化的现象,即我们平时所说的优等生和后进生。对于后进生教学,让每个英语老师都感到烦恼。然而后进生一直大量存在,所以提高后进生的学习效率便成为许多学者一直关注的问题。张正东提出的立体式教学法主张教学主体(学生)、教学客体(语言)、教学环境(教师、母语、教材、手段、条
2、件等)三要素密切结合和相互照应,形成一个系统,从而发挥出“1+1+1>3”的整体效应。本文将首先从教学主体、教学客体和教学环境这三方面来分析高中后进生在英语学习中的问题,然后系统的介绍了立体式教学发的要素,并通过这一理论来指导后进生教学,提出相应的切实可行的解决措施,为提高后进生教学提供一个新的平台。关键词:立体式教学后进生教学主体教学客体AbstractEnglishlearningofhighschoolplaysanimportantroleinourwholestudyprocess.Andbecauseofv

4、learningeffectisnoticedallthetimebymanyresearchers.Thethree-dimensionalteachingapproachwhichisputforwardbyZhangZhengdong,advocatesthattheeffectivenessofELTisdecidedbytheconnectionandinteractionofmanyfactors,whichcanbeclassifiedintothefollowingthree:subjectofteac
5、hing(thelearner),objectofteaching(thetargetlanguage)andteachingenvironment(theteacher,textbook,meansofteaching,learner’mothertongue,andotherconditions,etc).Thepowerofawholesystemfunctionsmorethanthatofthesumofthefactors,i.e.1+1+1≠3,but1+1+1>3.Firstofall,thisthes
