2、Asclimatechangeisprojectedtohitthepoorestthehardest,itisespeciallyimportantfordevelopingcountriestopayparticularattentiontothemanagementofnaturalresourcesandagricultural.Activities.InmostofthesecountriessuchasCameroon,forestcanplayimportantroleinAchievingbroaderclimatechangeadaptatio
3、ngoals.However,forestgenerallyreceivesverylittleAttentioninnationaldevelopmentprogrammeandstrategiessuchaspolicydialoguesonclimateChangeandpovertyreductionstrategies.UsingaqualitativeapproachtodatacollectionthroughContentanalysisofrelevantCameroonpolicydocuments,theintegrationofclima
4、techangeAdaptationwasexploredandthelevelofattentiongiventoforestsforadaptationanalysed.ResultsIndicatethat,withtheexceptionoftheFirstNationalCommunicationtoUNFCCCthatfocusedMostlyonmitigationandrelatedissues,currentpolicydocumentsinCameroonarevoidofTangiblereferencetoclimatechange,an
