6、的语言环境会直接影响英语口语水平的提高。本文从信息处理理论的角度和语言能力和语言运用的角度分析输入及输出语言习得中的作用，两者缺一不可。通过分析当前口语教学存在的问题指出当前英语现状——过分重视输入，忽视输出或输出不足，导致中国学生学了十几年的英语，仍然无法开口说一口流利英语，因此要学好口语，一定要输入基础上增加输出。鉴于环境在输出中起着一个重要的作用，所以要创造良好的口语习得环境。文章分析了英语角这一特殊环境在大学生英语口语学习中所起的作用及值得利用的价值，希望因此有更多的学生意识到其重要性，积
