4、治疗已从传统的开放脊柱外科发展到微创脊柱外科。与传统开放手术相比，微创手术具有创伤小、恢复快等优势，但不同的微创手术方法也有其相应的适应症和并发症。本文总结了微创手术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的历史、现状及其发展。通过本次文献的回顾性分析，有助于临床医师减少手术相关风险，为患者选择合理的手术方式，从而提高患者的生活质量。关键词：腰椎，椎管狭窄，微创，外科，进展1英文摘要ProgressinminimallyinvasivesurgicaltreatmentoflumbarspinalstenosisABSTRACTSurgicaltreatmentofthedegenerativediscdiseas
