1、摘要伴随着全球经济一体化的不断加深,跨国公司的飞速发展,同时伴随着在文化多样化环境下的相关管理问题的出现,文化差异越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是跨国企业。这种文化差异往往会引起文化摩擦和冲突,对企业的经营管理产生巨大的影响。本文首先从著名人类学家—Hofstede所提出的国家文化模型入手,基于其中的五个维度,分析了中西文化中存在的差异。通过比较的方式,中西文化的差异显而易见,例如西方文化具有强烈的个人主义,中国文化则强调集体主义。从中西两种文化差异的背景出发,分析了文化差异对企业管理的影响,并总结了中西管理中由于文化差异引起的人力资源管理战略和组

3、raldifferencesoftenleadtoculturalfrictionandconflict,therefore,makeanenormousimpactonmanagementandoperationofenterprises.ThethesisstartswiththeModelofNationalcultureadvancedbythefamousanthropologist,Hofstede,analyzesthedifferencesthatexistinChineseandWesternculturesbasedonth
