1、摘要伴随着全球经济一体化的不断加深,跨国公司的飞速发展,同时伴随着在文化多样化环境下的相关管理问题的出现,文化差异越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是跨国企业。这种文化差异往往会引起文化摩擦和冲突,对企业的经营管理产生巨大的影响。本文首先从著名人类学家—Hofstede所提出的国家文化模型入手,基于其中的五个维度,分析了中西文化中存在的差异。通过比较的方式,中西文化的差异显而易见,例如西方文化具有强烈的个人主义,中国文化则强调集体主义。从中西两种文化差异的背景出发,分析了文化差异对企业管理的影响,并总结了中西管理中由于文化差异引起的人力资源管理战略和组织结构上
