4、espondingoperationtreatmentin19cases,amongthem,bonefragmentswereresectedin1cases,absorbablescrewfixationin9cases,otherinternalfixation(Kirschner,miniplate,suture)in9cases,conservativetreatmentin2casesofaplaster.Allcaseswerefollowedforanaverageofayear,accordingtothefinalfollow-upevalua
5、tionofelbowjointHHSscorestandard.ResultsAllpatientswerefollowedupfor6in25months,average12monthsfollow-up,patientsincisionhealed,noinfection,allfractureshealedafteroperation,theaveragehealingtimeof13weeks.OperationtreatmentofpatientsaccordingtoHHSscores,6caseswereexcellent,goodin8cases
6、,in3cases,poorin2cases.Nonoperationtreatmentinpatientswithelbowfunctionrating:in2cases,poorin0cases.Exceltothedatabaseafterfinishing,collectedmorethan40samplesbySPSS16.0chisquaretestwasusedtocalculatePvalue,andwhenthetotalsamplesizeislessthan40,testedbyFISHER'sexacttestusingSPSS16.0st
